Due to the nature of the sport and an increase in demand for a specific breath training, I have modified my Breathing workshop and created a specific Underwater hockey training Clinic.

The clinic takes place in the pool and is run over 1 or 2 days.

This clinic will cover many topics including:

• Safety.
• The warm-up
• Proper breathing.
• Recovery.
• Core strength
• and much more...

The clinics will cover subjects that can not be covered on the Ebook such as how to increase your ATP and Hemoglobin stores, Advanced CO2 training and more Isometric drills to increase core strength.

Most Clinics are held on the Gold Coast, But I am more than happy to travel and run the course on location (minimum numbers are required).
